Cleaning of the Lake Kopa was discussed during public hearings at the Governor's office in the city of Kokshetau. The attendees have never felt so close to the goal, as a result of calculations presented by ”Schlegel Germany”, which led to a certain confidence and encouragement among them.

The adjacent area of Kokshetau will be examined soon by specialists from Germany with help of the images, obtained from the American Space Agency NASA. In this way, they will try to determine the damages exposed to the Lake Kopa. According to the Kazinform report, the project "Cleaning of Water Bodies of the Shuchinsk-Borovskoj Resort" was presented in the House of Journalists. According to the deputy director of the department for environmental policy and sustainable development of the MOOS RK Amangeldy Asatova, full development of the Shuchinsk-Borovskoy zone is impossible without ecosystem sanitation of lakes in the region. |
